If you've stumbled upon this website you might be wondering who we are and what we do!? We are a small wedding photography company based out of Mountain View, CA. We photograph local weddings, as well as destinations! Whether it's a California Bay Area wedding, or a destination....we LOVE what we do and have so much fun at it.

Speaking of fun, I recently was updating my portfolio. As part of my transition from WhiteSand Images to Image by Jewels, I have had to re-logo quite a few public images. It's been fun to re-live these weddings, especially the ones from so long ago. Like all photographers, I am very critical with my old work (and so I find myself re-editing favorite images). I have learned a lot over the years and fallen into a more specific photographic style. (For example, I used to edit in sepia quite a bit and now, I am more in tune with a classic black and white edit when the mood calls for it). ;)

Anyways, let's get to it! The first wedding featured below was from a destination wedding photographed in Riviera Maya, Mexico. This Mexico destination wedding back in 2012 was a blast. Not only did my team photograph the wedding day, but we also photographed their sunrise "trash the dress" session in the ocean.

Here's another favorite wedding below. I never imagined I'd be flying to Texas for a destination wedding, but my friend from high school was getting married there and they graciously flew me out! This one was extra special to be a part of, since I've known Leah from very young. We have many fond memories together growing up in the country outside of Lake Mills, WI, and even more fun memories while going to college in Milwaukee, at UWM. This winery wedding in 2014, took place at Torre Di Pietra in Fredricksburg Texas.

In February 2015, I was at one of my favorite destination weddings, located at the RIU in Jamaica. It almost makes my job too easy, when everywhere you turn there is a dreamy photo back drop!

Everyone needs a change of scenery sometimes. This featured destination wedding was in Portland Oregon. The bride and groom and I, escaped from the wedding for a bit, to hike to two beautiful nature spots. One was a gorgeous waterfall, the other was a panoramic landscape view! What an adventure!

I bet you wouldn't know by the photos below, we were in Las Vegas! In 2017, my assistant photographer and I traveled to this wedding. The palms trees were calling out to be included in the photographs!

Last but certainly not least, was a wedding taken right out of the story books. A 2018 winery wedding in Wisconsin set the scene for some of the most heartfelt moments I've ever seen. A first look among rows of grapes, laughing and kissing in the rain, soft whispers and secret glances. I can't make this stuff up, but I have the photos to prove it happened. :)
